There should be rules and regulations placed to hold oil and hazardous companies accountable for their actions. the proposal of creating dump sites which, will enable the companies not to blatantly dispose of their excess material. My only question would be: what kind of impact will these specific locations "dump sites" have on the environment in a long term perspective, were there special modifications made for preserve these materials, if so why preserve them but, not find a way to dispose of them?
