The data proposed to be eliminated figure into plans where to find a locality reasonably free of
allergen-triggers against asthma. Instead of easening restrictions for small-sized businesses, it
would be preferable to include restrictions against individual burn-barrel habits endemic in rural
regions, a habit that has seen a flare-up of rhinitis, upper respiratory infections, ashtma and a host
of other air-borne ideases and discomforts.
Burdensome restrictions against businesses are unfortunate and certainly inconvenient. In this case
however, oversight of local toxic emmissions permit correlation-studies with emergent disease-
patterns nationwide, and trump the desire of federal agencies' and small manufacturers' desire to
minimize expenses.
