I am concerned about toxic spill in our streams, and watersheds. Any spill should be reported as accurate as possible. Benzene is a cancer causing chemical. Many people around the world are suffering from arsenic-related diseases. We have a right to know about those kinds of spills and anyone who spilled the toxics has to report it. I expect that the USA keeps a high standard to protect our environment and gets respects continuously from other nations.
