I am doing an assignment for a Political Science course at my University which requires me to find a proposed rule and submit a comment on it. I chose this rule because I think it is excellent that the EPA is proposing a rule that would require the North American Industry systems to report their toxic release inventory. This step proves that the EPA is raising its standards to try and come up with a solution for the environmental crisis which our planet is experiencing and I feel it also increases the level of transparency in the organization.
