In reference to Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-TRI-2007-0318 (TRI Reporting Using Revised 2007 NAICS), the following is offered: A South Carolina Title-V facility operated under SIC 4961. A review of the facility's emissions revealed that uncontrolled potential Pb emissions (source was a wood- waste boiler) would occur up to a rate of 3.2 tpy. However, this facility is exempt from TRI reporting requirements due to its primary SIC (NAICS). Consideration should be given to capturing all facilities that meet the number of employees and reporting threshold requirements for PBT chemicals under TRI regardless of SIC (NAICS).
