The Hydrogen Sulfide Consortium and its member organizations hereby submit these comments on a February 26, 2010, Federal Register notice, in which the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced its intention to consider lifting an administrative stay of reporting requirements for hydrogen sulfide (H2S) under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
