The attached comments document the failure of NIEHS to assure that NTP technical reports reflect sound science. NTP technica reports are the basis for the proposed listings in this proposed rulel. EPA should not rely upon NTP RoC for listings in its toxic chemicals subject to reporting under Section 313 of EPCRA. The attached comments were mailed on May 21, 2010.
