Walter Boyd, P.E. 704 Meadowbrook Ln Andalusia, AL 36420 I worked with FHWA and had a lot of dealings with EPA, on the 15th floor of the Sam Nunn Federal Building. I will be frank - FHWA and EPA did not get along very well. However, I do support this proposed rulemaking.
