i do not favor allowing an increase in tonnage from this nuclear plant. i think this plant needs to spend money to clean up its act. it kills the fish in the area in huge tonnages. it pollutes the air we breathe. i see that no particulate information on the below 2.5 ppm is mentioned in this proposal, and that is strange. i believe that this particulate matter settles in our bodies and causes lung cancer, heart attacks, strokes, allergies, asthma and pneumonia. the health costs of this allowance of increase in tonnage is immense and costs nj taxpayers. we need to cleanup our air, not allow it to get exemptions or variances at any time. this plant needs to be forced to upgrade to help to keep our air clean. i do not favor this proposal.
