The permit for Bowline referred to in the attached letter from Ken Grzyb is incorrect and not the actual permit the Department is proposing for Bowline. It appears that EPA may have done it's BART review using this incorrect permit and made a tentative approval in the Federal Register dated April 25, 2012. Rob Sliwinski has asked me to forward the correct permit which includes the proposed BART limits.
