On Page 29911, Column 3, Lines 4-5, reference is made to the Northern Tier Rural Planning Organization as an agency that provides funding allocated by the Federal Highway Administration. The Northern Tier RPO has no jurisdiction in the Reading Ozone Nonattainment Area. The reference to the Northern Tier RPO should be changed to the Reading Metropolitan Planning Organization (Reading MPO), since it is the agency federally-designated for the Reading Ozone Nonattainment Area that provides funding allocated by the Federal Highway Administration.
