I support the recent EPA decision to revoke the Arch Coal permit to mine by permanently dumping spoil into valleys. Any kind of business endeavor must respect our total quality of life. A company's business model cannot be the guiding force. Please continue to make sensible, responsible decisions regarding businesses that wish to alter our environment in the conduct of their business.
