thee should be wage and hour limits for these kids but they can work to help their families. kids not occupied can get into mischief or trouble. please send me a paper copy of your entire changes so that i can comment more fully. extend time to comment because about 100 million parents in the usa want to have input on this. i dont think you have gotten the word out to the american public on what you are proposing. there is a lack of outreach at the usdol. insiders seem to only talk and communicate to insiders in the beltway. is there something wrong with arthur kerschner that he doesnt put his email address in the federal register notice only his telephone. no fax either. i am sure it is on his business card. why is he hiding it from the us public that pays his salary? doesnt he realize that email is the most used method of communication in theusa these days. you all should be using it. kids shoudl be permitted to work under your proposed limits, but not in hazarous conditions, nor later than 12:30 pm and their wages shoudl be fair.
