As a Citizen of West Virginia. I can tell you that the people of this state have suffered tremendously by all the regulations that the EPA has imposed on us since the 70's. Since that time my town in the Northern Panhandle has steadily declined. If it were not now for the gas lines being laid in this State there would be no economy at all in this area. If you want to be stringent on the air quality of the State of West Virginia then you better bring in other economic growth for the population to earn a living with. The people of this State of West Virginia and especially Myself are tired of living in the Poverty Level and having no means of supporting ourselves. If you impose stricter rules and regulations on us at this critical time we will all face an economic disaster worse than the one we are allready facing from the poor economy as a whole. If you want to burden the Welfare System even more then yes go ahead and strive for Clean Clear Air Quality. You will have nobody left to breath that Clean Clear Air. Allready our Young People that are getting an Education are leaving by the truck loads full. To get rid of the Hard Working Miners Jobs by regulations will leave No Hope for Thousands of Families in this State. So go ahead and Clean Up the Air and Clean it all Up. In the long run you are also Getting rid of Tax Dollars because there will be no Citizens to Collect Tax Dollars as well because all the residents will be either on Social Security or Welfare. SSI is a major paycheck for the Men and Women of this Area of WV and it seems like you want it to continue to be that way. Personally I would rather earn a pay check and have others earning a pay check than having all these regulations on my Air from WV Coal. I and many others like me want to Eat and Pay our Bills The EPA is basically a Government Program that should be dis banned or given a complete overhaul as they are basically helping to Kill this Country,
