Comment on FR Doc # 2011-18833

I speak as a citzen of Rutherford Co, NC, an area including Duke Energy's coal-fired Cliffsiide plant. I support the EPA's CSAPR because our air quality has declined ove time. There is an increase in asthma and other breathing pathology, an increase in birth defects and apparently unpreventable complications of pregnancy. Please continue to improve our air quality by holding industry and government responsible for the role in "dirty air". Respect Donna Ohmstead
