Please find attached comments on the proposed Alabama SIP revision. Also attached are comments on the proposed Tennessee SIP revision. I am filing the Tennessee comments in both EPA-R04-OAR-2010-0696 and this docket EPA-R04-OAR-2010-0697 because the Federal Register notice stated that -0697 was the docket for the Tennessee rulemaking. That appears to have been a typographical error so to be sure that they are received by the proper personnel, we are filing in both locations.
