We commend the efforts of Minnesota and EPA Region 5 in pursuing the alternative public participation process as outlined in the Federal Register notice published on February 1, 2006. The revised administrative procedures will utilize the technological advances available today to save tax dollars while not compromising the public's ability to access and comment on SIP revisions.
