Barry Gilbert <box4411-envirodata@yahoo.com> 12/18/2006 05:58 PM Please respond to box4411-envirodata@yahoo.com To Louise Gross/R5/USEPA/US@EPA cc Subject Re: Fort Wayne questions Louise, Hope you are feeling better. I think we are finished with Fort Wayne. A question on Michican. How am I going to respond to the notice if I don't have a clue why you used an analysis (to show the area has put on controls) that clearly shows the area is in trouble. In other words, we would have used the analysis to show the area needed more controls when we designate the area nonattainment for the 8-hr std? I just don't get the logic since it was not explained in the notice. Barry
