While I believe it is important to decrease pollution from exhaust emissions from automobile, the impact on the lives of the people of Southwest Ohio, and especially Northern Kentucky will not be improved without your enforcement of exhaust pollutants from over-the-road trucks and especially the coal-fired power plants along the Ohio Valley. The current Administration, and your agency seems to disregard your own laws and regulations concerning smokestack emissions and upgrades to coal-fired power plants to decrease pollutants. My view is that it is easy to go after automobile owners because they are a defuse, politically unorganized segment of our society. No so, the trucking industry and the utility companies.
