The current Administration, and your agency seems to disregard your own laws and regulations concerning smokestack emissions and upgrades to coal-fired power plants to decrease pollutants. My view is that it is easy to go after automobile owners because they are a defuse, politically unorganized segment of our society. No so, the trucking industry and the utility companies.
