Attached please find the comments of the Regional Air Pollution Control Agency of Dayton, Ohio, in support of USEPA's proposal to move the requirement for a vehicle I/M program for the Dayton-Springfield Area from the active control measures portion of the SIP to the contingency measures portion of the Dayton- Springfield ozone maintenance plan.
