On the Table 4--Cleveland-Akron-Lorain VOC and NOX Emissions for Attainment Year 2006 (TPD), the total for VOC Non-road is incorrect. The value on Table 4 is 57.67 and it should be 103.98. The VOC Area should also be changed from 92.32 to 112.26. Also on Table 5--Comparison of Cleveland-Akron-Lorain 2002 and 2006 VOC and NOX Emissions (TPD). The value for 2006 VOC Non-road needs to be changed to 103.98 and VOC Area needs to changed to 112.26.
