MN Haze SIP: Sandra Tauferner comment

I urge the EPA to reject Minnesota's Regional Haze SIP (Document ID EPA-R05-OAR-2010-0037-0001). The EPA should require industry - in this case coal-fired power plants and taconite iron ore processing facilities - to be held to legally required standards. The American people should have clean air at Voyageurs and Isle Royale National Parks and the Boundary Waters Wilderness Area and trust that the EPA will uphold the Clean Air Act and require Minnesota's plan to be strict enough to fulfill the letter of the law.
