Comment on the Proposed Approval of the Wisconsin PSD Greenhouse Gas Tailoring and Biomass Deferral Rule, FR Doc # 2012-31191

I feel if this rule implies what it says it will do then this rule should be passes. It is important for this to be passed because it meets the standards for the Clean Air Act because it helps regulate GHG's emission. Since Wisconsin is where I reside, I feel that it would this proposed rule would do a lot for the environment that we live in. The water system could benefit from this because in some areas the water taste very different and is considered unclean.
