Hazardous Waste Management System: Proposed Exclusion for Identifying and Listing Hazardous Waste Document ID: EPA-R05-RCRA-2010-0843-0001 Document Type: PROPOSED RULES Docket ID: EPA-R05-RCRA-2010-0843 Topics: Hazardous Waste, Recycling, Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements Comment: Well may be the idea behind Owosso (the company emitting the waste and asking the EPA to delist their waste as hazardous) getting an exclusion just because they managed to “clean up” or make their waste percentages just below being hazardous could be followed by others (really well connected with chemists and those who are good with such sciences and really have hazardous waste) just the same way which may have strange consequences later somehow in some unknown way.
