Specifically, Calpine is offering concurrence and support for EPA’s proposal to terminate the applicability of the nonattainment fee provisions of Section 185 of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 as applied to the Baton Rouge ozone nonattainment area (Baton Rouge Area).
