Please quit this messing with the coal and power companies over this issue. You lost in congress and now you are trying to back door the process. The people have spoken, so leave this issue alone. We need common sense on this issue and it appears it is lacking at epa!!! Cease this usless distructive process you have embarked on against the peoples will!!!
