Perhaps a lawsuit against Mother Nature would help clean up the air along the Wasatch Front. It is, after all, a cruel trick of Mother Nature that results in poor air quality. Temperature inversions are the cause of PM10 building up, not people. Even if we all moved away, PM10 would build up whenever atmospheric conditions trap air in the valley. Please don't penalize the people of Utah for something that can't be helped. Pollution levels are actually better now than they used to be when everyone used coal to heat their homes. PM10 pollution that happens now is incidental and due to the previously described inversions.
