I write to protest this proposed rule. In my opinion all it will accomplish is an increase in electricity rates. Thousands of older retired people are living on fixed incomes. They cannot spend any more money on electricity. Instead of trying to shut down electricity generation you should be trying to increase the amount of electricity generated. Low cost and plentiful electricity is one way to grow the economy. Lets build more coal plants, more nuclear plants and more natural gas plants. Stop tilting at windmills with yout stupid rules. Get out of the way of the real America. You people in Washington are not the real America. Most likely the only reason you are in Washington is that you cannot get a real job. So put me down as against just about everything you do in Washington. Long live the real America!
