I am glad the federal government is going to crack down on Utah's poor air quality. My son and I have asthma, and the air in Salt Lake City and along the Wasatch Front is unbearable for us. A number of groups have tried to influence the Utah Legislature and state leaders to do something, but nothing is being done. Utah loves highway funds...this state needs financial penalties!
