The EPA's proposed finding that the air quality in the Phoenix area is in
violation of National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) should be applauded.
The fact that millions of children and adults are being exposed to poor air
quality is a serious public health concern that rightly deserves the attention
of the EPA. Thank you for addressing the issue and moving forward with the
finding and any necessary enforcement to help improve public health.
