NRDC and Angela Johnson Meszaros on behalf of California Communities Against Toxics and Physicians for Social Responsibility-Los Angeles, We must admit our disappointment in EPA’s action here, which serves as a disservice to residents in the Los Angeles region. These residents, including our members, will be compelled to continue to breath poor air.
