Re: EPA–R09–OAR–2009–0960 I concur with the proposed rule and agree with regulating these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990. NOx is a deadly ozone-depleting substance and is damaging to earth and its inhabitants. I believe it has the potential to have an adverse effect on our health if left unregulated.
