To say off-roading destroys the land is the same to say surfing destroys waves...it's just not true. Rain, wind, erosion and other natural occurrences affect the land thousands of times more then seasonal OHV recreation does. Also, please stop blaming air pollution on OHV recreation - the amount of pollution caused by OHV's is virtually unmeasurable compared to the pollution caused everyday by normal traffic commuting back and forth to work on our roadways or even to the amount of smoke that is released into the air from the thousands of fireplaces in the homes of southern California....there are much larger issues at hand, please stop making OHV users and off-roading the standard scapegoat for many environmental issues. It's just common sense.
