Being a California resident, a United States Marine, and a concerned citizen, I definitely agree with the Revisions to California State Implementation Plan: North Sonoma County Air Pollution Control District and Mendocino County Air Quality Management District (Docket Number EPA-R09-OAR- 2011-0302). These proposed revisions update the definitions used in the districts' PSD permit programs. Any proposal that benefits California residents and my family is a proposal that I am for. The Environmental Protection Agency does a wonderful job in implementing and enforcing the state's environmental protection laws that ensure clean air, clean water, clean soil, safe pesticides and waste recycling and reduction here in America. I agree with this proposal current proposal. Brian Williams
