Claudia Vaupel (vaupel.claudia@epa.gov) EPA Region 10, Office of Air, Waste and Toxic (AWT-107) Seattle, WA Docket ID No. EPA-R10-OAR-2007-0915 The Salem-Keizer Area Transportation Study (SKATS) -- the state and federal recognized Transportation Management Area for the Salem urbanized area -- supports the redesignation of Salem area to attainment for the CO National Ambient Air Quality Standards. We also support the revision to the Oregon SIP for the CO maintenance plan, as submitted by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ).
