Hello,
I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed rule change to
allow Idaho resume field burning. This is a health hazard to all
residents of Idaho, especially those with respiratory issues. And the
high levels of particulate created by field burning will create
respiratory illness in others.
In addition to devastating health problems created by field burning, it
is also has an extremely negative impact on recreational activities.
It ruins the late summer for much anticipated activities at the lake,
hiking, etc.
I don't see how anyone can possibly justify endangering the health of
all by allowing the complete fouling of the air by field burning!
Thank you,
Dawn Holladay
