Keep Critical Habitat designations ONLY on Federal Lands. Do NOT open the door for private lands being "proposed" or "considered" for such exclusion. Leave things alone, as they are now: these lands ARE CURRENTLY EXCLUDED. Just keep big government out of the private land holder's business, and don't try to open the door and expand governmental controls. The proposal may seem harmless at this time, but the natural path for government is toward expansion. Don't do it, or even consider it.
