Very glad to see that we are trying to bring this to an end. Don't know how much money I've thrown away just getting the correct tests to have my vehicle properly registered. I've never failed an emissions test, so that makes it all the more frustrating. Seems logical that we don't need this if we've met standards for the past 5 years. Technology and engineering are getting better and better every year. The older culprits are being phased out. Hope to see this pass. It was a great idea to make people more aware, but always seemed like it was one more hoop to jump through.
