I have to say that as long as the sites are not disturbing the the wildlife of the area, leaving them to be in their normal habitat and not creating a situation where they are going to be in harm, that this should be a good idea to have the two sites for the dredged material from the Siuslaw River, Oregon put in those sites. Also keeping up on the sites to make sure there are no hazardous materials being released into the ocean to harm any of the surrounding wildlife, and even the public that may be near that area, is a good measure of caution as well.
