There is a need for these employers to offer sufficient pay and benefits (in this
case such as a bed to sleep in) to attract American workers. There are many high
school students, itinerant workers, tree huggers, semi-retired folk, and people
needing to make a new start who would take these positions. If not, the jobs are
not worth being done. The websites of most of these ERs do not have information
about available positions, pay, benefits, domicile, etc. Compare that to Broome,
an Australian resort, as an example. H2B visas are not needed.
