We should not bring people into this country and not give them health insurance. Otherwise we are expecting them to go to the community paid health providers and force society to subsidize our imported workers. Set up requirements that workers are not brought in to one city at a low prevailing wage and then movedto a branch in another city that has a higher prevailing wage without increasing the pay rate. Seasonal should mean 8 months or less, so as not to compete with local permanant jobs.
