It is pertinent to the reforestation industry to be able to utilize multi-state itinerary on one Master application. For this to be removed from the reforestation industry will cause financial difficulties for this industry who then will not be able to employ the U.S. workers that they do employ. Another point of issue is the reforestation having to submit "exact worksite locations"; this is not possible as reforestation is done in counties by sectors and grids on platte maps; the reforestation industry does not work at street locations, but thousand of acres within forested land. I believe these two points within the proposal are harmful to the employer and their ability to remain an active business.
