I oppose the amendment of the effective date. This amendment would not allow companies who utilize the H-2B program enough time to make the appropriate adjustments. In the case of my company, the H-2B program has become financially unviable. Therefore, we are making plans to break contract with our H-2B employees and send them home early. If this ammendment passes, the time frame for sound action will be shortened signifigantly and my company will further suffer financially. Please block the amendment of the effective date for the wage methodology for temporary non-agricultural employment H-2B program. Thanks for taking my comment.
