The H2b workers that I employ fill positions that have tried for years to fill with local people. This is a entry level physical labor position. American workers last only 1-2 days. This wage increase will impact the profitability of my contracts that are bid 15-18 months out. This regulation is not going to help american workers. This is not going to help h2b workers. Please understand this is a seasonal job. That lasts 8-10 months.
