Please reconsider using the new wage methodology to re-calculate the H2-B wage rate at this time as an increase at this point in our season would be very detrimental to our business. When we bid our current projects we based the labor rates on the wage determination we were originally given and having to increase this pay rate will greatly effect our business in a negative way. We would not be able to cover an increase of $2-$3 per hour per H2-B employee and continue to employ all of our current employees, so raising the H2-B wage would cause an increase in unemployment. Please allow current H2-B wage determinations to be left as originally decided and do not impose a mid-season increase.
