I consider the proposed rule to be significant since it is related to the airplane safety. Almost 1/4 of all the crashes happens because of the technical errors so new regulations that would double check the engines and let the pilot better control the plane would reduce the amount of cases when the plane is delayed or even crashed due to technical problems.
