I suggest that the compliance period for this AD be extended to each 105 or 110 hours to allow an aircraft to be flown to a base where ECI testing is available, after the completion of the annual/periodic/100 hourly inspection. Not all bases have ECI facilities and it would be difficult/disruptive and expensive for ECI testers to travel away from their bases to test each propellor.
