re congestion at laguardia airport
no additional slots should be sold or added at all in this already congested area. it
is clear that the faa operates only for the airlines and considers not at all those
who live under those airline routes, breathing in the toxic air, being afraid of the
crashes that routinely happen at airports like teterboro over and over and at
laguardia and not able to sleep at night or talk during the day because of the
congestion of airflights into and out of this congested area. there needs to be a
total cap on flights. that cap has been reached. no additional flights of any kind
should be allowed at this airport. it is clear that we need to make sure faa does all
of its job instead of some of its job. it does the part favoring airline profiteers to the
nth degree. it completely fails to protect the public from the monster of aviation it
has created. the effects of the air pollution, the effects of the noise pollution adn
the omnipresent crash danger need attention. faa completely fails in that regard.
this proposal should make sure that the overwhelming majority of people who try
to live in teh area of these multitudinous airport are protected from the onslaught of
aviation profiteering activities.
