Petition for Exemption; Summary of Petition Received

After reading Mr. Dubin?s request I have to concur that this exemption for LSA is needed to assure quality training is available for Gyroplane pilots to add to the safety of the sport. I am in favor of the granting of his petition for exemption to 14 CFR Part 21.191 (i)(1), Part 21.191(i)(3) and Part 21.193(e)(1). Thank you, Brandon Evans
