SOUTHEAST AERO-TEK does not agree with the Appendix A Criteria. The ALTACO rejected our Service Bulletins that contained simular criteria. The only acceptable method was complete system removal and restoration of the aircraft to original configuration. Our approved Service Bulletins now require a complete system removal and aircraft restoration.
